Think Well To Be Well is a new concept in wellbeing. Renowned dietitian and best-selling author Azmina Govindji and international life coach and author Nina Puddefoot, joined forces to develop a simple and sustainable approach to how you can improve and affect your own health.

Think Well To Be Well, is the new, fun and intelligent concept that focuses on foods that you can eat. It offers you new choices that transform your behaviour by helping you to challenge your own thinking and actions, enabling you to then make a different choice because you really want to!

Think Well To Be Well offers work/life balance programmes for organisations, consultancy for PR agencies and food companies (e.g. well-being consultations at Food Shows), public workshops (e.g. slimming, diabetes, stress, heart health), articles (e.g. for consumer magazines and company literature), presentations (e.g. at Retreats and Conferences) and other tailored packages on health and well-being.

No Limit Thinking
Here is one of the first steps in achieving the 'new' healthier you. Start to focus on what it is that you really want, as opposed to what you don't want. For example, " I choose to be slim, fit and energetic", versus, "I don't want to be overweight". Try this. Don't think about pink kangaroos. Now you are probably thinking about pink kangaroos! Here's another familiar one. "I don't want to eat crisps any more, I just don't want anyone to offer me crisps". What are you thinking about? Crisps! Want to know how to change your thinking?

Our attitude towards food and eating may play an important role in contributing to obesity. Review of studies on attitude and weight control.

What you choose today, will shape your life tomorrow.
